Damaged Goods.
We endevour to pack our goods as securely as possible to avoid any delivery problems, however we have to accept that accidents do happen. Should your goods arrive damaged YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS by eMailing

. Our customer service team will arrange for either a replacement or refund.
Refund policy.
BohoBelle is a small company and as such we can’t offer an unconditional refund service. We are confident you'll be delighted with anything you purchase from us, however there may be occasions when a product will need to be returned. Please contact us within 7 days to discuss why you’d like to return an item, and providing we agree we’ll arrange for an exchange or complete refund, whichever you prefer. We ask that the goods you return are unopened and unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged when you return them to us. Please note we do not accept the return of, or offer any refund for products that have been opened, unless they were defective upon arrival to you, or we shipped you the wrong items by mistake. We do not refund any shipping charges that you incur when you return the products to us, unless we shipped you the wrong items by mistake, or the goods that you are returning to us were defect upon arrival with you. We don't refund for giftwrapping or additional delivery charges (e.g. next day delivery).
